On Friday July 13th, 2012, Guy was arrested by Customs and Border Control whilst seated on a plane at Westchester Airport, New York. After being handcuffed and read his rights, two waiting FBI agents took charge.

On his way to a Newark Jail, he learned he was charged with wire fraud. The FBI agents explained that they wanted his cooperation on certain related to people he’d done business with in 2007-2008 mainly former securities lawyer Adam Gottbetter, and with the threat of a wire fraud charge now facing him he agreed to assist if they made the charges, “go away.” They quickly agreed with a confident, “we can do that” and a verbal agreement had been reached.

However, he still had to go to county jail in NJ and over the course of the weekend he learned from the agents that they were primarily interested in Gottbetter as they believed he was involved in various securities frauds. They also asked his assistance in bringing to justice, Samuel DelPresto, Mike Taxon and Itamar Cohen.

  1. Sam DelPresto deserves to get his ass kicked and the maximum prison sentence. Biggest scam artist ever. Scamming others so he can live in his mansion. What a fraud.
